A new president will be appointed to the National Youth Service Council!
Pasindu Gunaratne has been appointed as the new chairman of the National Youth Service Council. Mr. Roshan Ranasinghe, Minister of Youth and sports, has recently given the appointment letter to Mr. Pasindu Gunaratne. Pasindu Gunaratne, a civil engineer, is currently 25 years old. He is currently studying another degree at Sabaragamuwa University. An alumnus of the Royal College of Colombo, Gunaratne has been recognized for his commitment to community service and youth development. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering from Kingston University and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Construction from De Montfort University (UK). He is currently working as the President of the Colombo 07 Lions Club.
